The modular hardwall cleanroom is pre-engineered to join wall, ceiling, floor, door, windows and mechanical apparatuses or modules or systematic components to provide total control of critical environmental circumstances. The structure or system will be considered to your specific configuration and cleanliness requirements, ranging from ISO Class 4 (Class 10) with improvements such as raised, flush mounted window, floor, door frames and ULPA filters to ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) that encounter your basic cleanliness requirements. The wall panels are press tailored into steel or aluminum to form an airtight finish that provide humidity, temperature and particulate control measuring process.
The regular hard wall clean room wall panel construction starts with a smooth outer skin of conductive painted steel, aluminum, painted steel, FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) or smooth Vinyl involved to 1 ½’’gypsum board.
