Air shower chamber are classifieds for human and material entries. It is the most effective for self-controlled and clearing off dust particles from clean room personnel to reduce the contamination of products and clean room equipments. The air shower is mounted at entrance to clean room and other sterilized area.
It is used in effectively manner for purification by high efficiency of (HEPA) filtered air reduces the contamination. The dirtied air is purified and re-circulates through pre-filters within the unit. The air shower system is an auto controlled interlocking systems for entrance, such that the entry and exit doors are electronically interlocked and photoelectric sensor suited.
